Hi,
with the 360° image viewer you only get to see the lowres equirectangular image. On the mapillary website when you zoom in the high-res image will be loaded. This does not happen with Mapcomplete.
Example:
https://mapcomplete.org/hailhydrant.html?z=15.1&lat=51.880325806617805&lon=8.392554275917632#node/12692975322
Try zooming in on the hydrant:
https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=1635778687083511&lat=51.8819361&lng=8.3900944&z=17&focus=photo&x=0.19630989763282108&y=0.6857322380696853&zoom=2.9363832271698063
Also it would be nice as an alternative to have a link to jump to mapillary.

You already have a hidden link - the Mapillary-icon ;). I've added a more explicit one in the dotmenu
It also seems that firefox does not correctly load mapillary.com - I have the same image (low-res- image quality) for it. In Chromium, a higher resolution (through streaming) is loaded...
I'm gonna rename this issue as "support streaming panorama's"
Mapillary 360° image only shows low-res imageto Support streaming panorama's for Panoramax & MapillaryInteresting - Chrome does not work for me either. In mapcomplete i stay on the low-res image.
Clicking on the link and switching to mapillary shows the low-res image. On zoom i get the highres image in Firefox and Chrome.
My Default Browser is still firefox-esr from Debian/Bookworm and i tried chrome and chromium now.
